Our Mission
The Halfway Home is a local pet store in Oshkosh, Wisconsin which partners with shelters from across eastern Wisconsin. We believe that every animal deserves to have a welcoming and loving home, especially those animals who have a chance for a better life.

We feel the most committed in building the critical bridge in bringing families and animals together. This is why we partner with so many animal shelters and humane societies, these animals have a chance for such a better life and you can be the next family that these animals need.
How to Adopt
On our site we promote animals that a currently up for adoption from these sites. We give you the basic information about the animals and provide a link to adopt directly through the shelters.
Once you adopt your animal through one of our partners stop into our local store with the documentation you received while adopting and we will work with you one on one to make sure that you have all of the supplies in order to welcome your new furry friend to the family.

All of us here at The Halfway Home understand that your furry friend is an integral member of your family. This is why we strive everyday to meet 100% customer satisfaction in finding the perfect addition to your family.
We are always looking to add new products to our inventory, and we want to make sure that every member of the family has there needs met; however, sometimes we do not always have everything you may need, or we may be out of stock. When this happens we will again work with you in helping you find the products that you need, even if it means directing you to a different store. Your animal deserves the best so we will work everyday to make sure that is something we can give you.
